Here's a new, incredibly rare free Sports Illustrated magazine subscription available from Mercury Magazines! SI is great for sports fans, but don't be fooled by the name. I've yet to find a single issue containing nothing but illustrated sketches. All they seem to contain are professional, high-res, glossy photos.
After filling out the first page, you should get a message letting you know if they still have any subscriptions in stock.
If sports aren't your thing, be sure to check out the remaining Rewards Survey magazine freebies. Their monthly supply hasn't been exhausted and I find it's always nice to see what they have left before the new month rolls around.
